Set up your Kinsly account in minutes.

Add a Trusted Contact
Add someone you trust to help with technology.

Download Kinsly Desktop
The Supported Member downloads Kinsly for Mac or Windows to receive Guided Assistance.

Ask for help
The Supported Member selects a Trusted Contact, starts a session, shares their screen and receives real-time guidance.
Supported Members use the Kinsly desktop app. Trusted Contacts can help from the web or desktop app.

Get help without giving up control.
You stay in the driver's seat. A Trusted Contact joins your session, sees your Mac or Windows desktop, and guides you with on-screen highlights while you do every action yourself.

Open Kinsly Desktop
The Supported Member opens the Kinsly desktop app on their Mac or Windows computer.

Ask a Trusted Contact for Help
From the Home screen, select Ask [Contact Name] for Help. That Trusted Contact receives an instant notification.

Share your screen
Once your Trusted Contact joins, share your screen so they can see exactly what you see.

Follow their guidance
On-screen highlights, pointers and drawings show you where to click. You perform every action yourself and can end the session or use Privacy Mode any time.

Help the people you love — from anywhere.
Join from your browser or the Kinsly desktop app. See their screen, talk them through the issue and guide with on-screen highlights. Trusted Contacts use Kinsly free of charge.
